Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia (population ~400) is a Canadian rural community in Guysborough County Nova Scotia. It is famous regionally for being the home of Sherbrooke Village, the largest museum in the province. The community takes its name from Sir John Coape Sherbrooke a colonial era Lieutenant-Governor of Nova Scotia. Sherbrooke is the administrative seat for the Municipality of the District of St. Mary's.
